Post Offices in Hanwell, Greater London

“I did not know there was a PO in Hanwell, I must have walked past it endless times as despite it being clearly sign posted it does blend it with the rest of the Shops in the parade.I use it for returns mainly and I have been pleasantly surprised with the service I have received so far: there is a young man who tends both the PO and Shop Counter, he is so friendly and patient and really polite.He has a very calm,clear tone of voice, he is efficient and respectful.There is also a young woman at the PO counter and she is pleasant and polite too, or maybe I just had it really rough dealing with my local PO for a decade and I am not used to deal with nice people ??”

“Easy to find, open on time. A bit of a walk to the collection office, following the path left then leading right. Rang bell once, provided my info via email and collected my parcel, no problems. Will use this option again if need be.”
