So I use to buy my groceries at ASDA (store and online) I normally would ask for delivery at home, and sometimes would actually go to the shop. After 1.5 years of ordering online, today I moved to Tesco. The service to deliver at home wasn't perfect (they failed 4 times before) but last weekend, they not only failed to deliver, but also the driver said it was "delivered" on the system. Right away I called the customer service and they said "sorry sorry"...but nevertheless my account was charged 80 pounds. 2 days later I called, same thing, "sorry sorry", and after 3 days I had to call AGAIN, saying the money wasn't on my account and only then they confirmed that all was clear and the money would be transferred. Missing a delivery, saying it was delivered, charging me, making me make 3 phone calls asking for my money.....tell me, is this a company who value their clients? Oh of course they didn't give any compensation or anything. just a big "bugger off", so I understand and today was my first day doing the monthly groceries with Tesco. You treat your customers like this and I hope you will lose them

Asda in farnborough is charging customers for car park while shopping at their store, their shelves are empty, and they don?t have even a clear sign at the entrance of the car park stating that is a chargeable car park. Every little helps as Tesco says

We are quick to criticise and slow to praise So let us correct that! I have been in hospital for the last month Asda have been amazing I have been ordering 2 to 6 items idea Little treats to help with the recovery It did not matter how small the order. They delivered to the reception at the hospital nearest to my bed.I received every order The drivers were clearly dedicated and empathetic I am truly grateful. Thank you Asda

I have placed an order with Asda , and the driver came yesterday under my house but he didn?t give me my order he just left , his excuse was he didn?t know where is my door however my door is so clear and obvious, and even if so why he didn?t contact me to tell him where is my house ?! , I called the customer service and they are so funny, telling me will give me £5 voucher ! And I can place my order again when I want to place my order again water?s price increased by £7 and olive oil?s price increased by £7.5 , and they still hold my £103 and I will wait the refund , so professional, so holding my money for 5 days and I will place new order with £15 more , such shame !

Do not go to this store!!! Thieves operate in this area. cars are broken into and property stolen on regular basis. There is inadequate CCTV in the car park. Theives know that they will not get caught as there is no evidence. I was watched as I went in the store and within minutes my car was broken into and substantial property stolen. Rather than helping me, staff told me that this is a regular occurance. Despite me being extremely upset and fearful of my safety, they left me at my own devises in the dark and returned to the store. They dont put signs up warning their customer that the car park is a crime hot spot as it does not look good for business. When I spoke to tHE manager why they dont have signs saying 'Beware theives operate in this area', I was told that they do not have to and it discourages customers from comining shopping there knowing its a crime hot spot. Instead they rely on tiny signs scattered around the corners of the car park saying they do not accept liability as you 'park at your own risk'. I will never be returing to Asda again. The staff are poorly trained. Customer services in this store is the worst I have ever seen. The store manager is completely and utterly incompetent. Do not go to this store and tell your family and friends about the dangers they face. If I can help even one person spare the pain and trauma I have gone through after reading this review then it would be worth it.

They don?t know how to deal with customers specially asain security guard was soo rude and he thinks every customer just come to steal I would never recommend Acton Asda even the staff don?t know how to handle I?m busy time it?s soo dirty
