Was very happy with Arti, I came in with a few of the wrong things but she explained what I'd needed to do in the future and helped me with my issue. Thank you for your help!

The new closing times are ridiculous. Yhe only chance I have to get there is a Saturday when I'm sure the que will be outside the bank.

Very bad . When I came to them they said bring your papers only and come. And when I brought her, they said she wanted an appointment. Why is this playing with customers. Worst employee service Barclays Bank in Europe.

Worst branchRude staff who just want u goneVery inefficient, no counter open only machines, and they only got 2 machines for everyday banking which results in long miserable lines add to that the machines often break down making it even more difficult and causing longer lines. No friendly or welcoming staffEntire counter space is wasted they could have added 3 or 4 more everyday banking machinesAVOID AND COMPLAIN IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIEDThe Lloyds branch across the street is so much better, I have switched and so should you

Literally the worst Barclays Bank I've been in no staff behind the counter (closed down), long queue for 2 machine's & one staff member dealing with 3 separate customers at the same time, then one of the machine's stops working & customers started swearing & walking out in anger after waiting so long in the queue the staff member didn't care at all....

The staff here really are trying their best, but customers need to understand they're up against an unprecedented set of circumstances. Some of them are instantly recogniseable from the nearby Cricklewood Branch, which has now closed.Branches from traditional banks are closing left, right, and centre, and pretty soon it may transpire that this one will close too. This isn't the fault of the staff here, it goes higher up than that. With the advent of digital banking, from providers like Revolut, Monzo et al, traditional banks are apparently acting as if their brick and mortar branches are costing them way too much money (however, this, in my humble opinion, is a drop in the ocean compared to the amount actually gained in the markets). With the cap on bonuses being at 200% being lifted, I sincerely hope that the money is re-invested into the branches to improve staff presence, widen opening times, and enable local communities to actually bank face to face again. However, my cynical side would assert that this simply won't happen, and therefore it's the staff at the lowest end of the earning spectrum, i.e. the retail banking staff, that will suffer as a result.I say this as a former cashier at Barclays, and had the pleasure of working at their flagship branch in Piccadilly Circus, which as you may have guessed, is now closed. It's sad that it will get worse, but in the meantime, I think Barclays can easily afford to keep the counter service in this branch open for longer, and divert more personal banking staff to their Barclays Local in order to decrease customer queues at this and other branches. I think they ought to seriously consider opening at branch at the Brent Cross Shopping Centre, the earning power there would be highly worth it, and would enable customers who attended the Cricklewood and Mill Hill to branches an indoor site, with free parking, in order to conduct their face to face banking.Average queue length here will be about 30-40 minutes on a Saturday.

First time in a Barclays to use an atm, there are 5 or 6 with full germ screens between but they only allow 1 or 2 people to use at a time. I was barked at to step back in when I asked if I could use an atm.Ended up going to sainsbury to get my tener for a haircut; no queue, no power trips. Will never open a personal or business account with Barclays especially when they charge the most of any bank? ?
