Very upset about the bad experience I had today at the H&B Harlesden branch at 2pm. The assistant overcharged me about £16!!! Yes, it is partly my fault as I shoud have checked while in the store but only noticed when I got home. I only had 4 items (1 should have been 1p, "Penny sale") and I was charged 6 items!?

I tend to come here occasional the last bring some time ago. However to compare that occasion with the most recent the service have been great.In terms of the staff and the stock.My go to place and look forward to next visit when in need.
