I approached a lady who was serving. She scanned my code and she said it didn't work. That there was an error. So I continued to look at the return information. And then i said oh it said for me to come to the post office. And then as I said this. The next clerk JAY PATEL decided to involve himself and say we don't do that here. I said oh, it said on the website and it sent me here. Let me show you. As I loaded it, he kept saying we don't accept it here. Not here. Read it properly. As I read it much more clearly. In these situations you often mis read things and have human errors. It said neasden Lane, but the post office which is further down. These 2 post offices are located on Neasden Lane, so it's justifiable for customers to get confused. As I read, he said READ IT PROPERLY. In a unwelcoming, friendly customer service manner. First of all, he was not serving me so I don't see why he had to interfere with the lady who would have politely just told me, its not this post office it's the other. But instead I got a completely rude service from Jay Patel. I understood I was in the wrong post office. And then he said YOU HAVE TO READ IT PROPERLY. And this is when I was seriously unhappy with this clerks customer service. If I was in the wrong post office, the clerk who was serving me should just say so. And even if Jay Patel wanted to help / interfere, he should be approaching the customers in a calm, welcome manner. This is the second encounter at this post office that I have had abrupt, rude, ill mannered service. I need this situation to be dealt with appropriately as I am not at all happy with the way I was treated.I walked out of the post office. Then went back in to speak to the manager who was also very unhelpful as I wanted to make a formal complaint. His only response was defending his colleagues behaviour by saying ' we have to educate the customers because we get them coming in the wrong post office all the time.This is not the way to educate the customers. And it was absolutely the wrong way to handle customers.As a place of service. The post office should be helpful and knowledgeable, not demeaning, unwelcoming, rude, intimidating.I want this matter resolved and I want to know what the repercussions for such rude service and staff is.From reading the previous reviews. I can see no customer is happy with this post offices service. So its not just me. I am not being a choosy rude customer.When I apprach the lady staff members, they are welcoming and helpful. The other workers on the other hand, alot of people have alot of complaining regards to them. A serious review is needed of this post office.

I send my employee to deposit money on business account . He said I can?t deposit all this you have come back and deposit rest of them transactions was just £5000. I am doing all the time deposit in 2 transactions if you have more then £4000. I don?t know but this not professional staff. And they have 3 windows but have only 1 open most of the time and queue outside the door .

The workers always cause a havoc and a problem and never co operate unless sending stuff, whether about everything else it?s not their job to even assist you or give you advice

No one pick the phones in that place , try to help a neighbor lady that she can't walk , when u go then was not very polite answer back .Just trying to help here but again ... Pick up that phone people and be positive smile .Have a smiley day

Not sure if this even deserves two stars. The post office needs to move with the times and have a self service area ( yes it?s small branch) so you don?t have to interact with the workers there. It?s the men not woman!! Their attitude of being above everybody else is the reason I like to print my own QR codes from the machines they have available in other post offices and not deal with this kind of hostile behaviour from staff members. I know what I?m doing when I?m in a post office, please don?t undermine me and fire all these questions without waiting for a response - it?s you that doesn?t have the technology for me to do my part on the self service machines so I don?t have to be of any bother to you! If you don?t like serving the public then don?t do this job or are you selective on whom you behave like this with ? if you catch my drift! The guy behind seemed to be treated fairly well ?. To be honest I?ve never been treated like this and I have visited a lot of post offices ? I?ll save my trip for a larger branch

They haven?t caused major issues, but their attitude is a bit short making the interaction unpleasant. No ?thank you?s and ?please?s, let alone asking reasonable questions. I go because I have to.
