Good sized supermarket with their great selection of Quality Foods and value prices. Lots of offers available lots of parking customer toilets free Wi-Fi clean and tidy helpful and friendly staff I recommend coming here for your weekly shop full stop and thanks to you guys for continuing during this pandemic.

I was disrespected my the security, went in didn?t find what I was looking for and then was going back out because they didn?t have what I was looking for and the security guy on my way out asked to look into my bag to see if I stole something and I hadn?t even gone thro the door, and the door didn?t even beep.\\nThey have to get sorted out not to look in people?s bags without any proof, it was disrespectful and I was very embarrassed.\\nI?ve been there before and that never happened this was the first time they need to sort this out

I wasn?t going to complain but I?d had enough. A few weeks ago I?d bought cakes, go home to find they were out of date. The same happened with a carton of orange juice. But this evening I?ve gone and done my normal shopping just gone to make toast and the bread is drenched! The whole loaf! Outside is fine but the bread itself is soaking wet! Last time I shop here. Can do without the security always following me around anyways - completely forgot about that

It?s convenient that this place is open until 11pm everyday and is on the high street. But the layout is weird and it doesn?t have that many items, almost doesn?t feel like a Sainsbury?s Local. Maybe a new layout and more stock will help improve.

An absolute disgrace of a place, apart from the tardiness of this place, and the rudeness of the staff, which I've come to accept as normal. This morning I was insulted by a member of staff for waiting,, which was ironic as I wouldn't have had to wait if this member of staff had been doing her job. Anyway I won't be back here again even though I live around the corner, I would advise avoiding this place at all costs

Always always always followed around,made to feel like I'm being watched and this is my local,staff are ok,why is the selection so bad,why is things more expensive than bigger stores or stores in richer areas,doesn't make sense,a little variety wouldn't hurt, doughnuts are expensive since covid, everything has got more expensive since covid,in this together,???

I went there today and I bough a ticket to scratch and I won, when back there to change the ticket the staff on the till said to me there was no price won, so she tried to keep the ticket and give me the receipt of no winning ticket!? I was sure there was a winning so I told her to double check and obviously she recognise her bad, this wasn't the first time, happen also that one of the staff many time topping up his nectar card point when a customer does not show up them. In a shop like saisbury happening something like that!? Also not normal that the security guy whit the glass stay all the time on the phone!

Awful service. Been going downhill with this sainsbury. Management is very unproffesional, told him if I could buy 12 packs of cigs and he goes no and I ask why his reply is \\\"because I can\\\". The security guard is a joke and racially profiles black people and doesn't even hide it. He also gives you a creepy stare down or follows you down aisles. The local part of the name should change because they are far cry from a \\\"local store\\\". And the staff at the till are some of the rudest people ever. PSA there is another sainsbury down the road I suggest you head there for peace of mind.

Rude and aggressive manager, who acussed me of lying over placement of product until we looked together, no badge, blamed a lower member of staff (as always) and refused to sell me the product for the stated price (a pound less), if u can make the trip to the main store up the road I would.

I paid in the self service machine and there it wasn't bags, then I asked on tills for a bag and they told me that it was 10p and I paid 5p for nothing at the end I had to carry the stuff with my hands. Costumer service 0

My elderly mum has been going to this Sainsburys for years always the staff have been amazing! the past couple of months it has gotten worse. New staff there are rude and I agree with some comments on here about not caring about customers and more about the neatness of stock! My mother asked a staff member to reach for something ( she has a walking stick) he was tiding up stock and said ask someone else? so she did that person also was "busy" and made her wait standing for 10 mins. as she couldn't stand any longer and they forgot or just didn't want to help her ?? she went back to the OCD staff member and said sorry I can't wait much longer with my knee. He's response was OK do any of these people have mothers or grandparents?? I can add more to be honest about the new staff but I'll leave it at that

Had an appalling customer service today ! I Use to live a couple of doors away from this Sainsburyâ??s! Because the service provide by staff and manager shah was so good so professional and kind so I keep on coming ... not anymore ! All staff as change apart from the security ... as a general manager I know what is good customer service and I can say thatâ??s not what I experienced today ! And thatâ??s a shame ! theres a storm outside but I needed food for my baby so I went . As I was going in a shoplifter was just being questioned by the security ð???I am on maternity leave So try to use some Healty start vouchers as I did couple of days before in that same store today young lady( mixed raced with plats ) that came to my â?? rescue â?? immediately answered me back rudely once I start explaining that all I had was fruits and vegetables ( she even said â??oh no point talking and turn her back on me ) all of this in front of a queue , as it is bad enough having to use them vouchers now being embarrassed in front of everyone with my baby in the buggy just because of a couple of fruits and veggies my bill was less then 7£ I left it all and was about to leave when the manager said yes I could take the grocery the young lady was still having a go at me saying â?? itâ??s not her fault I couldnâ??t readâ? wile her manager try to calm her down she was still shouting back at me what an embarrassment I was tearful and in shock the. The other lady shamina that was suppose to proceed with the Payment as instructed by the manager ... had a go at me too starting the raise the voice at me and giving me an attitude! I felt so bad I decide to leave everything there and left the store ITS NOT MY FAULT they fell miserable at their work place but this is not the way to treat customers ... paying customers evens if it with a voucher ! Itâ??s not right they have to learn how to talk to customers be patient and polite !
