Do not visit this branch. If I could give 0 star I would. They made my account dormant and when I went in with the paperwork to activate the account, the manager asked for £15 each for each account holder! Otherwise they would not activate the account. And told me I need to pay this only in cash!! What kind of bank has these dodgy practices?! I have been emailing with the branch manager in India and no such charges were ever asked for. This branch has some very unrespectable practices!! Also not to mention not an ounce of politeness from any of the staff. Shocking customer service, you would think they didn?t even want customers the way they greeted you. Shocking!

Never dealt with such a useless bank before! Cannot get hold of anyone for over a week now. All calls for diverted to call center. No one answers or returns calls or responds to emails. Account Cards not issued when they should be. No wonder they are shutting down!

I have previously had terrible experiences with the customer care and front office at the Kenton branch.However today Hardik Metha kindly took the time time resolve all my banking issues and swiftly set me up and running on my internet banking.Bank of baroda need more of Hardik Methas

Great service from Mr Hardik Mehta with a matter which involved extensive form filling, verification and supporting documents which can be confusing but I was made comfortable by the assistance I got from Mr Hardik Mehta. The nature of the transaction is slow as the bank in India has to complete the process and Mr Mehta helped again by promptly contacting me for a missing detail to aviod further delay.

Great service and customer care at the Kenton branch. The team have been always been so helpful and accommodating, almost like a second family. They provided excellent customer service to my father and he couldn't speak high enough of the team. Now I have been working with Bank of Baroda and I am so thankful for the time they have taken to provide guidance, assistance and support.
