Bought a helium balloon and within 5 mins of buying it started losing air. Staff were adamant that it was our mistake - we had damaged the balloon. They even refused even exchange. We were sure that we did not damage it.

Best place to buy cards of any type at rock bottom prices...also, the quality of cards are fantastic so don't think the low prices mean they're cheap in design and touch! everyone says I always give them wonderful cards, so that says it all!

Awful. Sorry to say this but i?ve gotten 2 balloons blown up by them, they ruined one of them, apparently one of the workers there, hit one of the balloons with a sharp item, which made a whole in the balloon, so the worker decided to put a tape on it, and gave me a refund for the helium only, instead of offering me another similar balloon like this when this was totally their fault.The balloon i was getting it for someone, i had to instantly chuck it in the bin.

Card factory sells good quality greeting cards, seasonal cards, gifts, party products and wrapping etc. at amazing and very affordable prices. I go there at the beginning of the year to stock up on birthday cards and then drop by as and when for whatever else I may need. If I have one complaint it is that I often see the same cards and can easily forget what cards I bought in the past. Cardfactory is well worth the visit however.
