If there was a negative rating, I would be happy to give that rating. I was really humiliated to face the manager of the shop. My steam iron was damaged within 1 month and I was not given a free replacement or a refund. At the time of purchase, they made big promises that it will never get damaged and we have full warranty, but when something gets damaged, they nicely put blame on you and the manager even went out and started smoking in frustration and when he came in, he said he will not help me. I had to purchase a Russell Hobbs at a very penny discount from them. Shame on the shop owners and managers. Never going there again.
