Unfortunately the reputation with any Indian Banking is all so true.There is no simple process and to that a process which is different depending on who you speak to in the bank.The bank teller tells us we can upgrade our safety deposit box on the same day without needing to close and reopen. So we go back home and come back ready to do so.Coming into the bank they then tell us no we have to close. Wait 24 hours (someone else said 48 hours) and then open the new one. And again provide all identification again.Sorry but Indian banking is generally just full of incompetence (it?s like they?re all computers just have the same response without actually trying to help you or simplifying anything) and huge lack of customer skills.Please sort your staff and processes out!

SORRY TO SAY BUT I'M VERY DISAPPOINTEDHere I'm informing you that i have visited your bank at Harrow Town Centre London UK date on 11/03/2024 for opening my personal current account, it was very bad experience for me no buddy is responding properly, I spoil my more than 2 hours there, even they told me to bring printout of address proof from outside, in India I used to do credit cards and car loan from your bank because of that I have selected your bank for my personal current account,I just wrote what I feel

You would think you want to support our banks.. Account opening is a mission.. Then the after support is bigger mission. Three staff in the office... Very poor service.. You hv to ask for service.. You are the customer. So sad.

I had been banking with ICICI Bank in Greater Kailash branch (New Delhi) for a long time (more than 25 yrs) as one of their wealth management customers. Their services were excellent as they really catered to individual?s personal needs. Here in London, we are associated with ICICI Harrow branch through our cultural group (Panchamukhee) and came to know/meet with the team and felt the same vibe & warmth in them. They are a very professional team and working with the intent of doing good & well for the Indian diaspora in the UK. Surely, all of us would love to open our local and NRE account with them very shortly. We wish them all the success in their endeavours here in the UK.

I am very impressed with ICICI bank and their NRE and NRO account services. Harrow Branch is one of the best. Very professional and hospitable staff and the branch manager Akansha Jha is very helpful. I'll recommend ICICI anyway and in particular Harrow branch

Extremely good experience with my Indian Banking needs. Greatly helpful and knowledgeable staff, fully conversant with Indian and UK banking regulations. Met with the staff at an event and they were great in providing a run down of their products and services without being pushy.

I am planning on opening an ICICI bank account internationally as I will be travelling to India next month, however the adviser did not give me sufficient information about how to open an account and kept saying "I don't know" and "I cannot tell you".This isn't fair on me as I am new to ICICI bank and would like to open an account for India and UK so that I can work in both countries.I will be returning to the bank with my OCI renewed long term visa. I hope I can return to an adviser with better and more sufficient information as I suffer with severe mental health issues and will need clear explaining in Gujarati and English and documents sent to my email.Thank you for reading this review.

We visited the Harrow branch, and were very happy with the service provided. All the staff are very helpful and we were served by Ms Charmi Mehta, who helped us out very efficiently.
