Came in for travel vaccinations for a last minute holiday. Was given a quick appointment and was seen straight away. In and out in 10 minutes. Great care and service. Would recommend 10/10

Had my COVID booster earlier today. Arrived a few minutes before my scheduled time and was seen immediately. Jab was so quick and painless I asked if it had actually been done! Friendly, professional service. Highly recommended.

I had gone here recently and was very disappointed with the service. They added a wrong item on my bill and took ages to figure out my refund. The staff there did not know how to issue an electronic refund and had to re-bill all the items. Not even a proper apology was said after wasting the time.I rated the experience with three stars due to the outstanding customer service provided by a different staff member at a different time. Their knowledge, advice, and seamless assistance greatly contributed to my overall satisfaction.

Keencare Harrow-on-the-Hill is just opposite the station. Can?t miss it!It?s large and well staffed.They are prompt in advice and we don?t have to wait long to be attended. Promptly in fact.They had a great effort during the pandemic helping with the vaccine which they still provide.Currently on the penicillin situation they informed me to contact my GP and ask for amoxicillin instead since they had it available.Saved me so much worry after going to over 6 pharmacies with my electronic prescription for my child medication.I?m glad I have visited Keencare.I congratulate their staff on their dedication to our healthcare needs.Thank you!

very helpful staff. went for my flu jab. they were very attentive and kind and made sure i was well enough to have the vaccine and even looked for another vaccine for me that they thought would be better due to my many allergies.

I had my Flu vaccine today at the pharmacy. I use this pharmacy for my prescriptions as well, very professional and efficient pharmacist and the team.Strictly recommend to get your flu vaccine @ the pharmacy!

I was appalled at the young staff at the front, they were fighting over a phone and knocked me off balance. I asked for a hand up and one of them ran away, the other shouted, "get back here you c**n". I went to the back and saw 2 of the chemists put their faces into what looked like flour.

This pharmacy must be revalidated as a safe vaccination centre. I went for my 2nd vaccination dose. I was sent back by the team that I had taken Astra Zeneca as 1st dose and in order to give either Pfizer or Moderna, they needed confirmation from 119. I called up 119 and I was told that it is written everywhere that 2nd dose could not be same, everyone knows that. I went to the pharmacy again but refused saying that pharmacy policies and NHS policies are different and we don't adhere to NHS policies. Looked more of patronising people. Then I had to go to Shaftsbury Pharmacy in about 1.5 miles. They were lovely with explained options and vaccination given. The staffs in Keencare pharmacy need to learn more about vaccinations and policies without saying we are different from NHS. Luckily, I did not get vaccinated by this poor team.

Unprofessional. mismanagement and poor service for booster vaccine jabs. Not worth booking an appointment with this pharmacy. I had booked an appointment in advance, and took a day off for this appointment. When I arrived 10 minutes early, they simply said "Sorry, we have run out of stock." A shameful service.

I had booked my booster vaccine appointment last week. I had to take a day off work for this vaccine and planned to take another day off for possible side affects. I had to cancel my Flu Jab with my local GP, because of this appointment. When I arrived at 5:00, the staff simply told me that they were out of stock. I felt like I walked into a grocery shop, how could they run out of vaccines with booked appointments? You should always keep enough vaccines for those who had booked appointments, and had to cancel plans for it. It was a hassle for me and a big waste of my time. I could have taken my Flu Jab and gone to work, had it not been for this mismanagement from your side. You should be ashamed of your inability to manage simple vaccine distribution based on a booking system. You should run a grocery shop instead of a pharmacy.

Came here on a Wednesday to be treated very rudely and aggressively by a young vaccinator/nurse by the name Priyanna. She insisted that I arrived late for my vaccination when I specifically arrived early so as not to miss my appointment, and was generally not pleasant to talk to. A very disappointing experience all round. A friend of mine also came in a couple days prior to this and was turned away due to ?lack of stock? even though he?d taken a day off work to make it to the pharmacy. She sarcastically called me an Uber driver and tried to vaccinate me without consent after I insisted on wanting a male vaccinator. I knew the service would be bad the second I heard priyanna gossiping about patients that had come in earlier.
