My experience with lloyds has been very poor in the past but the bank manager Tahir was really helpful and guided me to the right sources due to fraudulent and cyber attacks on my account due to Assurant.I will be writing a formal complaint to Lloyds bank PLC due to the dismissal of my platinum account and negligent workers at Harrow Lloyds

Very poor customer service by Sonal. She was very furious when asked for support with the status of our application. Very unprofessional attitude and not friendly with customers at all.

Extremely disappointed with their service. One of the tellers at the bank is always clueless and never even tried to be helpful. Absolutely no guidance on their part and all they ever tell me is to call customer service. I don't understand the point of hiring tellers if they never have information.

Very disappointed with lloyds bank. They lured me with account opening incentive. I opened the account and used the account for few months. I subsequently found that their fee paying account was not right for me so I downgraded the account. Unknown to me, lloyds cancelled the vue tickets they had offeted as part of opening the account. It was embarrassing to go to vue cinema only to find that the tickets were invalid. For few poinds lloyds has left bad impression. I am now moving my and my family's accounts.

Just opened an account with Lloyds, Harrow branch and to my surprise, the whole procedure got completed within 20 mins. The lady at the counter was immensely helpful and professional. Thanks a lot Umang Bhatiya for all your help.

Large rubbish dump at the front of the branch. No respect for the local area or residents. Boxes have Lloyd's Bank address.
