This is about the fitting rooms. There was nobody there when I arrived. I tried 4 items on and decided to buy 1. I went back in the shop to look for more trousers to try. Came back to the same cubicle with one more pair. Tried them. They didn?t fit. I now had 5 pairs of trousers, buying one pair. The lady appeared when I left the second time. I told her I left some items in the cubicle and she told me off as if I was a child. ?You should never leave anything in there?. Well. She should be at her post to begin with. I did go get them but it was so much it all slipped out of my hands. She didn?t even help. So I left angry and annoyed. Gone are the days you get help finding something that fits. Needless to say. I didn?t spend my money at M&S today.

This is my local branch which I regularly visit. It is always well stocked. Some of the staff are friendly - not all of them are!. That said I would like to appraise one young lady and her name is Krupa. She is always very polite, kind and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble even when she is madly rushed off her feet. Krupa is a credit to her department.Thank you Krupa!

Despite having a sign up for weeks, they opened at 9 am on Saturday 30/12. Many people were waiting outside at 8:35am wondering why they weren't open. When I reported to M&S customer service, I was told to look on the website for the hours. Clearly they follow a script rather than reading and responding properly to email.I won't be going here for a long time. The staff are often rude anyway, as they're too busy stocking shelves to politely move aside so the customer can look at the food items. Rarely is there anyone at self checkouts that doesn't appear miserable.

Collected my Xmas food order today at the allocated time. I was served immediately and my order was with me within 2 mins of arrival. Now that's what I call service! Well done management and staff at Harrow Branch.

Went here today I did not buy anything as not need anything plus this shop is designed for rich people who like to spent alot of money , for me this shop is too expensive for me , but my carer bought these expensive chocolates for £12.50 as stated in the photo I would say a rip off , he got robbed for his money, you can get nice chocolates in Lidl or elsewhere for less than a fiver no need to spent £12.50 , poor Artyon got robbed for his money at least it was his money thank God for that .

For a very long time I?ve questioned the quality of the goods sold at this store and after witnessing the behaviour of the staff here it is clear that they are to blame for this stores lack of quality control. I?ve seen female members of staff absolutely ram the shelves with crisps which clearly seems to be the reason why I always end up with broken up crisps when I buy stuff from this store. More often than not I will go in to look for a particular item and find the wrong item on its shelf or end up knocking something over trying to reach what I?m looking for because the shelves have been overfilled. It?s truly a shame, the management clearly do a disservice to the brands name at this store.

Today I recently had a disappointing experience at M&S Harrow. Despite my attempts to seek assistance, there was no response from the staff. I found the lack of customer service disheartening and it negatively impacted my overall shopping experience. It's essential for businesses to prioritize effective communication and address customer concerns promptly. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit. I hope the store can improve its customer service to ensure a more positive experience for future patrons.Today Around 12:30 AM at Harrow M&S store i have a very bad experience about service.Things is that i just want to ask her that i need S size in this t-shirt but lady is busy in fix the hanger and boxes.Till ledy told her three times that this guy is waiting for something but I don?t know why other lady is giving more important to fix the hanger and boxes rather then customer.Brand is knowing by their service but some people making it spoiled by their mistakes.

I have visited the store on 28/11/2023 using the self service payment I was trying to scan my items one of the female Indian staff was so rood shouting on me like (not like this!!!!! ) I was shocked I used to go there before was perfectly serviced .. very disappointed bringing staff no training no marketing at all ?

Went into Mark's and Spencer food hall for some items for a neighbour. The store was well stocked and was able to get all but one item for her. Didn't speak to any staff, as I used the self checkouts.

Tried shopping there today but the self-service till kept rejecting items . So shop assistant came back and forth to reset it but by the 6th rejection I couldn't handle it anymore. Asked him to just delete everything and I'll start again on another till. The assistant was just poker faced , no apology and just shrugged his shoulders saying I would have to queue up at non-self service till where there was only 1 counter clerk serving and 7 people waiting in the queue. I just dumped the basket with £80 of shopping on their counter and left . M&S don't care about customer service and just want our money on the cheap. I won't be shopping there again so they've lost a customer who spends several hundred a year.

The worst place ever. I have been coming and shopping at this place every day for breakfast and lunch at the office located just next door. I literally know the face of every single employee in there. We spend like £200 per week every week since 2019. Today this extremely rude shop assistant woman stopped me on the way out asking if I paid for my shopping then she demanded to search by bag. I asked what it was based on and she replied saying that "she thinks" I may have not scanned an item. I would fully understand if the gate was beeping or something, but she just stopped me next to the till. She then wasted 10 minutes of my time to say "sorry everything is okay". Like what was she thinking that I am going to steal raspberries which I buy literally every day. I would never even consider not scanning the shopping bag for 25p and this disgusting woman made me look like some criminal. Someone should give them the basic customer service training. I will not shop in this racist shop again!

Had a pre-booked appointment for a bra fitting which went very well. I am happy that Noel managed to make this whole thing less uncomfortable. She listened to my needs and ended up buying very nice items.
