Lady was serving a customer at the counter as i was in the queue. The customer apologised due to the queue getting longer and she responded with ?oh don?t worry they can wait, no one should be coming here on xmas eve, it?s xmas eve, who goes out?? No clue why the customer didn?t call her out on it as i would?ve went mad. Unfortunately i?ve been with o2 with 7 years and needed help with my o2 account asap. Completely understand it?s xmas eve, but i?m sure you could?ve asked for annual leave babes.

Pretty awful service to be honest, was waiting at the desk for half hour then when got to speak the lady sat on her phone for 5 minutes rather than even saying hello and being welcoming .Then when engaging just said speak to customer service rather then helping. She didn't seem like she cared but I understand it's black Friday .

I visited the store 5 times and having disappointment every times I visited. No help, no solution, nothing. I call them 10 times and they are not answering the call at least one time. What a poor store of o2 is this.

I have been to the shop today. What a disappointment. Very poorly organized branch. I can believe my eyes how shop is managed. Nobody at the front desks for half one hour, maybe more i don't know . People staying in the queue, only two girls are working taking customers. Woman in front of me wasn't happy., two cupple6 left as wouldn't bother to wait. I never seen such a pooly organized customer service in life. After hard day of work i have to come and experience that ? I highly hope you will start care about your customers if you don't want to loose them or change the management team and find someone who can organise this brush properly. I can?t thank Kay enough for all of her help over the years. I have been coming to the o2 shop in Harrow to see Kay for the last 20 years and I couldn?t fault her customer service. Always above and beyond and I know I am in such safe hands!! Thank you so much kay !!

Pathetic experience. Is there a way to give 0 rating?They just keep harassing customers by giving them incorrect and incomplete information. I had to visit the shop for 4 times for a simple sim swap. They have lot of employees but all of them are incompetent and have no idea on how to do their job.
