Ordered the works on a two for Tuesday deal, missing items on both pizzas were no onions, no olives, no peppers and no mushrooms. I don't think I will order from Papa John's again.

Very disappointed with my online order. I customised a pizza so that there was no bacon or onions and the pizza came with the exact toppings I removed. I called they kept passing the phone like it?s pass the parcel and no one to help. They said they would give me an email so I can send a screenshot confirmation however instead I get the call cut and now no answer. Wouldn?t recommend ordering from here the staff don?t care and won?t help to resolve issues. £30 in there pockets yet I?m still hungry

There is no teamwork between the staff. To make two pizza they took 45 minutes in total. While making pizza, they are not using gloves and not washing hands. They are not wearing aprons either. They are so unprofessional using there own language to talk to each other in front of customers.No
