Location was good. Just few meters away from tube station but service in this premier inn is poor. Utter partially in their car parking system. Beefeater breakfast was missing many times in the menu. Service was great from Muhammed who checked us in for our stay! The rooms were good however the bathroom was very small and our sink plug hole wouldn’t flip so it filled with water - meaning we couldn’t use it. This was the worst Premier Inn I ever stayed in. I was given a room on the 3rd floor and to my utter dismay, I was told there was no lift. I was just back from a long flight and had to carry my suitcase all the way through the stairs. None of the rooms have intercom so you cannot order even water to the room.
