My dad made an appointment with harrow branch on April 3 2023 for April 13 2023. He rang to confirm the day before. He rang for hours no response. When he finally got through, there was no appointment. He has now booked another appointment. This branch is far for my dad to travel to. He will be travelling by bus and train. I?m very sure the new appointment does not exist. I emailed them in the morning. No response. They do not care about anything. Same mentality as staff in India. God knows why anyone does business with these people.

I went into SBI Harrow branch today. I met Chintan and Sierra who were exceptionally professional in dealing with all my queries. The opening of the account to technical queries were efficiently dealt with. They were very polite , courteous and presentable .I went home with the knowledge that any future queries both the staff members will be there to assist me at the branch.

I connected with SBI UK Harrow branch to get my SBI India Home Loan account closed. The branch was quick to respond (didn't expect due to bad SBI india experience) and they attested and sent my documents to India branch immediately.

They don't don't even deserve a single star. I have applied for a straight forward UK business account through Harrow branch 4 months ago. They asked for tonnes of documents and I provided each of those documents. I am still waiting for them to open my account. I am kept on chasing them and they don't pick up the call or respond to emails. Worst Indian bank in the UK ever!!! I managed to open in 3 weeks my business bank account in a UK bank. I feel at times ashamed that this the biggest Indian bank as I am beyond my frustration limit!!
