Had a wonderful experience here today with the lovely Dilani. Popped in on the off chance that I could get some threading done & Dilani was most welcoming and happy to fit me in, she was very kind to my elderly companion and happily talked me though what needed to be done! She was gentle yet thorough during the session & guided me through the process. Dilani made me feel both comfortable & confident in her capabilities and professionalism. I?ll certainly be back again! I always have a fantastic experience at beauty lounge Harrow. Roya is so friendly and does excellent hair cuts and makes my eyebrows look fantastic with her threading. Roya was great, she listened to exactly what I wanted with my cut and colour which usually is an issue for me in hair salons as they never listen. But She took me through all the steps and the end result was amazing. She also did my eyebrows later and i love it! Not recommend this place at all. Horrible experience, I went there for keratin and paid £140 but after wash my hair was same condition as before karatin and I went there to show tthem that what did they do !! They offered me one more time only roots karatin and they will do free of cost because they have relished that there was no karatin effect showing in my hair . They asked me to come after one week on Tuesday but when I went there manager said today hair stylist is on leave , I said why they didn?t inform me before,that she is not there , manager said -just yesterday we changed her days anyway she said to me come tomorrow again I was there again next day and hair stylist said we ll charge some money to you I got surprised and said your manager said , we will not charge anything this time and then she said £30 we ll charge again .I gave him money but still my hair are in same condition as before . Useless saloon I have ever seen
