My regular pharmacy for the last 10 years and never disappoints me! They provide professional and quick service, and are caring towards me and my family.The staff there go the ?extra mile? to making sure that our meds are ready on time and any queries regarding dossette boxes are dealt with on time.Thankyou harrow pharmacy! 5 star from me!

This pharmacy is good, especially the male pharmacist is very helpful in any suuport or advice needed. Initially there was a slight disappointed with a young lady pharmacist attitude,but I now seek any advice or help from the male Pharmacist who has not dissapointed me till date and is very polite in dealing with customers. This is my regular pharmacy for more than a year now.I am happy to have this pharmacy as my nominated GP pharmacy,also Comparing with other pharmacy, this pharmacy timings does suit me a lot,thanks.

I have never been so scared of a pharmacy - as the Harrow Pharmacy - they go CHEAP and blame it on the IT system - they give you wrong medication - because it is. CHEAP - what a terrible pharmacy that don't know how to read - 2mg is not 4mg - how can you have a wrong medication and they can't take it back because we have touched it - aren't we all humans . I guess the Harrow Pharmacy are humans and we are are untouchables - the Harrow Pharmacy can give us wrong medication but can't correct their mistake - what unprofessional behaviour!!!

I live in Harrow and always go to this pharmacy as they truly understand the customers concerns and needs. Their impartial advice and excellent knowledge of the problem gives the customer a great deal of assurance.Overall brilliant service !!!!!

Terrible service, last night I had gone to pick up the medicine using the private GP e- prescription and the pharmacist doesn?t even know how to handle those e-prescriptions, though it was clearly instructed what the pharmacist has to do. She adamantly kept saying the prescription has to be sent by the doctor. Please train your staff to handle e prescriptions. I took the same prescription to another pharmacy and it was accepted instantly and no questions asked. If you are not able to handle e-prescriptions , please delist yourself from accepting them.

Their program sometimes starts at 07:30 and they open an 10:00 AM . Even right now in this moment they are closed when they ment to be open . Very bad !!!
