We had great experience at Vodafone store. I brought new phone and sim from vodafone and specially thank you to Deena who work over there. She give us very nice deal and she explained very well and proper way(even stayed passed closing time). It was great visit overall. Thank?s aging ?

This is quite good and staff are very friendly. They helped me a lot regarding changing my SIM card and buying new phone with my old SIM card plan.

Today I presented with a problem, which was promised to be solved, I explained that problem again, and all I got was a rude conversation, moreover, the supervisor tried to kick me out... And I felt assaulted by 2 of the staff of this shoop.. Shame, shame on the staff there..

As an existing customer vodafone really are rubbish. Why can one not upgrade in store with NHS discount. Why can staff not tell me the cost of upgrade contracts.Staff are excellent but need better tools

I gest stop my contract earlier about last year in December and I have to pay £188 for earlier fee, I completely forgot about this ?I?m human and i have right to do mistakes to forget?. Now they set me up on arreras ?debt collector agency? but they never contact me as I?m keeping the same number, same address and the same email?. Now I have to pay more then you believe includes credit score affected?. SHAME

Absolutely no loyalty to long-standing customers. Needs more staff too - had to wait ages to see someone.

Came in to get my younger brother a phone, and was welcomed by Natasha and I can?t say enough good things about the women she went over and above during the whole process (even stayed passed closing time) great visit overall the rest of the team was really nice too! ?
