“Review is for Andrew -Hayes Branch. I went into the store completely lost to return a car battery. Luckily I was approached by Andrew who processed my return but also took interest in asking me why i was returning the part and explained battery doesn't fit. He immediately took interest to help me rather then just say oh ok. i gave him my car details again he went through what was available as i had no clue about the battery he spoke to my mechanic to help me get the right part. I would like to say a big thank you to Andrew who was amazing professional, very knowledgeable and really went that extra miles to help and excellent customer service.
