Not good service at all, the staff there are extremely dismissive of your concerns, I had my eye test done back in April 2023 and had been prescribed an eyeglasses pair ever since, however I have been suffering from severe headaches while wearing these glasses, and I know my lens?s aren?t done correctly, I have gone back to them three times and they have dismissed my concerns every time, citing excuses. The staff there are also extremely judgemental and dismissive, I regret choosing boots and from now on go to Spec-savers for a better quality experience.

I have just had the pleasure to have a post op eye test at the Hayes (Station Rd) branch in MiddlesexThis was my first visit to this branch and I was really impressed with the staff.I was greeted with a smile and very reassuring attitude I would like to say a big thank you to Seth who was so pleasant and helpful, and a big thank you to Sukh who checked my eyes thoroughly and professionally both ladies a credit to Boots. As I said this was my first visit to the branch and certainly will not be my last well done ladies and not to forget the young lady that took the pictures of my eyes.This is a must place to have you eyes tested for all the above reason?s.Thank you all for pleasant experienceDave L
