I would say on occasions they are under staffed, but on the whole they are pleasant, polite and helpful.I witnessed one scenario where a customer was getting aggressive, due to another customer clearing out a product. The staff, although young, handled the situation quickly and professionally. Hats off to them.”

Some bargains to be had if you spot them at the right time.Perfect for shopping in between a larger shop. Ideal for picking up little bits and pieces.Staff seem friendly and were happy to help me find something as i went there for the first time.”

“Decent, has basic food stuff needed (some fruit, veg, bread, ready meals) as well as a fair selection of personal care/kitchen goods. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. Across from the Hayes train station, open 6 am-11 pm daily, a bit more pricey than most Tesco's.”

“Located on Glencoe Rd, Hayes UB4 9SQ. It's a massive store with ample of parking and large petrol station on your way out.Absolutely love the huge fruit vegetable section offers lovely wide range at very reasonable prices. What I like best is the freshness of the product and large selection of fresh herbs.The store has absolutely everything with each isle clearly marked.The meat section is the length of the store offering everything on your shopping list . Bakery section again is the length of the store with lots of specials in offer.There always lovely helpful staff around and checkout is fairly quick, overall I enjoy doing my shopping here.”
