I went into dreams wanting to buy a new tempur mattress for dreams and was served by the brilliant Umar. He delivered amazing customer service and made understanding what I was investing in so easy. I ended up buying a tempur cooling pillow too because of his great customer service. He even called me to tell me about the new offers they have and was happy to sort out taking money off my already paid for mattress! Will definitely ask for him again if I have any problems or in the future buy more new things!

Walked in with no particular specifications, knowledge of mattresses or budget, yet walked out beyond content with my purchase! Received amazing service from a gentleman Ali, incredibly courteous, patient and mannerisms that not many salesman do have anymore; having genuinely had my best interests at heart. Store was great, but it was his services that made it so much more! Thank you!

Prince the service provider in the store was both helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, good-humoured and knew how to make the whole mattress-purchase experience both simple and thorough.No overly-long sales-pitches, no faff, just professional and helpful attitude. He was very patient never rushed me as I was buying beds and the mattresses the whole process was very smooth. He was very kind and friendly with us also offered glass of water.
