“Nice polite staff. I would say on occasions they are under staffed, but on the whole they are pleasant, polite and helpful.I witnessed one scenario where a customer was getting aggressive, due to another customer clearing out a product. The staff, although young, handled the situation quickly and professionally. Hats off to them.”
“No freefrom products apart from milk. Being gluten-free and lactose free would make it much better for people who can't tolerate dairy products etc. Other than that it's suffice for a quick shop,.”

“Well Done Bashir ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️This review here to show my gratitude and appreciation for the security guard, by the name of Bashir (I hope I spelt that right). I didn’t have £1 to get a trolley for a big shop and my only way of payment was Apple Pay at the time. Bashir selflessly heard me asking other Sainsbury staff for help, he approached me with a smile and offered his support. He went to his car and gave me a £1 coin that allowed me to make a must needed shop. His hospitality and problem solving attitude shows what an asset he is to his team!”

“One of my favourite supermarkets but they didn't have the advertised Halloween sweet filled skulls. I tried 5 different branches and not one of them had them out for the promotion. Very disappointing why advertise something you don't have!”
“Lots of products in store. Some work out cheaper and others more expensive then other stores. Some bargains to be had if you spot them at the right time.Perfect for shopping in between a larger shop. Ideal for picking up little bits and pieces.Staff seem friendly and were happy to help me find something as i went there for the first time.”

“Lidl is the supermarket I usually shop in.This one was ok, the only thing, some shelves were not stocked up and a lot of empty cardboard around; some pastries were on the floor as well, so overall, the store needs a bit of care. I also noticed there's no " Hello" or "Thank you for shopping here", no customer service whatsoever.I still find it the store with the most sensible prices, good quality products, some nice weekly offers.”

“Decent, has basic food stuff needed (some fruit, veg, bread, ready meals) as well as a fair selection of personal care/kitchen goods. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. Across from the Hayes train station, open 6 am-11 pm daily, a bit more pricey than most Tesco's.”

“Located on Glencoe Rd, Hayes UB4 9SQ. It's a massive store with ample of parking and large petrol station on your way out.Absolutely love the huge fruit vegetable section offers lovely wide range at very reasonable prices. What I like best is the freshness of the product and large selection of fresh herbs.The store has absolutely everything with each isle clearly marked.The meat section is the length of the store offering everything on your shopping list . Bakery section again is the length of the store with lots of specials in offer.There always lovely helpful staff around and checkout is fairly quick, overall I enjoy doing my shopping here.”
