Rude and unhelpful staff . I wish if I could give 0 star . My dash cam was under warranty, called nextbase they said go to Halford and they will exchange it for you as it?s faulty. The manager was absolutely a nutter , he thought I?m some kind of doggie person who wants to bloody rob Halford . Mate get a lifeI paid bloody 350 for this dashcam

Another great experience and reception from the staff at Halfords, Hayes. Booked vehicle in for a 5 point check, but was told by the reception, that I could be upgraded to a 10 point check, as a premium member. The 10 point check went better than expected and was completed in very good time.

Too few staff. If one on till gets wrapped up with a customer enquiry there seems to be no sense of recognition of the growing queue and if eventually another member of staff does appear it?s almost as if it?s an inconvenience for them to open a second till.

Went for shopping in store at 1750 is closed.Not updated on store website and if in an emergency they has to close the store atleast they should have post a temporary note on the door to say apologies for the trouble and reason for it.Wasted time...

Came to get My windscreen wiper blades changed the guy checked on hisComputer for the right blades for my carAnd I paid for them around £38And the other member of staff a young guy very quickly fitted the wiper blades onto my car . Took a few seconds to do.I can?t recall his name. But he was helpful and nice .First time I have used halford forFitting anything.Will use them again.This branch is in Hayes near the Metro bank .

Took my bike in as it had the whole rear wheel stolen. I needed replacement parts and re-fit. I bought some of the parts in store, but others needed ordering. I was told it would be 5 days maximum. So I paid for those parts and the service up front. After 4 weeks, there's still no progress. As I use my bike for commuting, I've now spent the same amount on public transport. I asked for a refund and my bike frame back. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Came all the way from West Drayton since this was the closest Halfords and just realise that they don't have an engineer and the next available date is the 23rd October. That is almost a month later just to do my silver service never coming back again here. Never buying a cycle from and Halfords

It?s been a while since I have visited this Halfords, and I lost say the retail park there is a little worse for ware! The only reason anyone goes there at the moment is either for Halfords or the one other shop that is still open! It?s a shame because this retail park had so many other great shops that have relocated, it?s interesting that Halfords have stayed put.Inside shop is decent, stocked well and you can pretty much find what you need. Staff can be seen, but no one approaches you even if you look lost as hell. Pretty sure the shop has had a refit too, as it is looking a little less gloomy than I remember. Overall, decent place to get your car gadgets or bike stuff, really convenient and local, it?s just the location and it?s surroundings really let the store down.

It's a sad that the employees of this store and their manager do not face financial consequences for misleading customers. Let's hope that one day the customer service will change and employees will be more responsible and bear the consequences for their work and what and how they treat customers. It is a sad that even this review does not cover any consequences.

The manager I think his name Ravi or Navi perhaps, definitely needs retraining on customer service and how to speak to people with some decency and respect.There?s no need to talk down to customers the way he does and attempt to blame the customer because the scanner at the till couldn?t scan the barcode on the bluelight card mobile app?causing him to become frustrated? REALLY?! It?s the first time I?d experienced it from him but unfortunately had witnessed it towards other customers when I was in the branch beforeI?ve used many of your branches throughout the country for various items and services over the years and never experienced a staff member let alone a manager like him.Hayes is my local branch but I now find myself often going to Alperton to avoid potentially having to be served or interact with him
