I had ordered my groceries online, they messed up my order , contacted there customer service,they mentioned they emailed the store , waiting for the store to contact me but they didn't replied back to me ,so I had to contact them , Mark answered my call was not professional at all he needs to know what customers service is !

I went there. Looking for giftcard roblox and they had it then I got 1 for my little sis so I can surprised her with roblox giftcard for her birthday and I went to checkout and the staff members said u have to have id I said huh. It was a Karen. She said u need to be 18 I was confused and iswr this is for kids not adults .afterwards I left the Iceland her attitude was horrible.

Is what you expect from an Iceland. Gets busy. Has self checkout too so can do either. Good selection compared to since stores.

Was sad to see biscuit on the shelve next to soap powder and the smell was over powering, I said to a worker that it's not good to have the food that close to the soap powder and ask him to tell the manager and it's still is.

It's a nice shopping place in Hayes. In a good location, near to Hayes railway Station Bus stop is also near by. A good stock of house hold & food stuffs are there. But stuff shortage in check out counter, which may be improved.

I used to live here, the selection is very average. The location really brings the rating down as it's not located in what I would consider a nice safe area.It's also always packed from about 2pm onwards with queues that could set you back 25 mins.

Highly recommended shopping centre at heart of hayes town , very clean and tidy , helpful staffs and self check in is the added attraction , large choices of frozen food , highly recommend for local people . 5 stars 5 stars 5 stars .
