What a joke. Who the f is running the warehouse. Either a bunch of clowns or there is a thief misplacing orders.I ordered something online. Destination for collection was Hayes. 25 days ago.1st attempt at order. We checked after 3 days to see. If It had arrived.It wasn't there.5 days after apparently they had no idea where it was no one could find it.Lost in transit.Was told to reorder or get a refund.We decided to reorder as it was meant to be for a kids birthday present.2nd attempt at ordering.5 days later we phoned Customer service to see if it was ready to collect.Customer service says the system shows it's at the shop but it at the same time it hasn't been dispatched yet?He tried to phone the shop but no answer. He said he would email the shop. But never got back to us.So we decided to call the shop.we was told it had arrived.We went to collect only to find out it was not there.Manager told us it wasn't at the their shop. And she just returned from holiday and she will try find out what is going on.She took our details and promised to get in touch.After two days we phoned the shop again as we had no response.The manager told us the shop had the item all along but they sent it back to the warehouse.I asked if we could get the item she then saidBasically no we have to now get a refund.Well thank you to JD for such an inconvenience and for helping me miss the birthday presentOrder number855374657

1 thing good about JD sports are they are consistently bad everywhere. I don't think it's the staff's fault. Whoever designed the system is not very smart. Looks like staff need to do many things for people to try and buy. Other shops I have been to don't have this issue.

Bought a 110£ shoes And the box is completely broken ( realised after I payed and the cashier handed to me ). I asked the staff if i can have a new box, he refused?disappointed!!!

I have visited your establishment on several occasions and have consistently experienced long wait times and delays in the payment process.The slow service at your Tilt to Pay location is unacceptable. Waiting in line for an extended period of time is frustrating and inconvenient, especially when I am in a hurry or have other commitments to attend to. Moreover, the payment process itself seems to take longer than it should, which only adds to the delay. it is your responsibility to ensure that customers are not kept waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. Impressed with the responsiveness and customer service experience received today in the Hayes Branch by a fella called Zain!My first ever job was in a shoe shop, and appreciate how well he managed the expectations of at-least 8-10 customers all in one go by effective delegation of his colleagues and assertive tonality throughout the chaos of a heavy footfall of customers nearing shop closing time.Well done Zain!

Honestly customer service is rude and not at all helpful..just take cloth and go away. I go for exchange and she said we not doing this at the moment .."Reason unknown" later another lady say something and have it done. Later she asked for house address I ask the lady why you need my house address and was like 4-5 ladies on the Till get upset. One quastion from JD why you need house address of peopleDo you send receipts in post ?I hope you guys keep treating rudely and hopefully one day shop will be close. Well ??
