Very poor service.!!! My friend just went to washroom while he was playing and letting the Ladbroke staff, somebody just took the money from the machine.. And the Ladbroke staff can't do anything about it they say, they got cameras but they can't excess they say only head office people can get excess but when we call head office they say they can't help us..
I had the worst experience at Ladbrokes with my friends....
