Massive queue and staff leave their posts for no reason causing things to take longer. After waiting over an hour was told it would cost me £140 to send a parcel that would cost £30 through royal mail online. No explanation or offer of apology. Absolutely disgusting service.

I'm not surprised have got so low rate of reviews and starts, they way staff are treating costumers is a disgrace, there was that Asia lady at the desk she was so disrespectful and so rood, I'm sure karma will get it back to her, but she should not work with costumer if she is so disrespectful, she is bringing that place down.

Unfortunately it took over 20 minutes to be served today. Any time I have been before even on a weekday it has taken at least as long as this.When I got there no one was serving customers for a few minutes but a man who I think was security was present.Later there were two members of staff helping customers, one was standing around the self serve counter but most of the people were there to do something that can't be done with the machine. The queue would have gone down a lot quicker if both were working the tills.Very poor mobile reception which may harm the queue as some people are returning things from online and using a QR code that you need to get online. Try and load the page before you enter.

Very rude ladies on the counter?the asian was the rudest pretends she was so done with the people who knows nothing. And they dont even want to help them. Atleast be nice to people who came to get their help.

Try arriving at 930am on Mondays so that the wait isn't as long. They seem very understaffed, but that's not the fault of the employees there. I recognized the lady people are complaining about in the reviews haha so I was a bit scared to approach her. But she was very polite and helpful and greeted me good morning and thank you. But yeah the queue is long because she is the only one working all of the counters and the self-serve machine (if people need assistance)

Always long long queues. Have to wait 30 -35 mints just post a parcel there are 4 to 5 tills but only 1 was open. Its not only one day every day is the same story no one cares.

Usually 1 person serving when there should be at least 2. Also they leave parcels just piling up all over the place making you feel not so secure about your parcel safety. The self serve thing shouldn?t be in the middle as people are always confused whether or not to navigate around it.In summer it?s horrible as there?s no AC so you just sweat with everyone waiting in queue for what?s often a sole serving member of staff.The staff are pleasant but the operator that runs this is just cashing in on the location, not realising they?re slowly losing long term customers who will find better post offices. I hope the head office sees these reviews and makes a change.

Worst post office ever. Always never enough counters open no matter what time of day. Queues horrendous. Better off jumping on a bus to Harlington......quicker too !
