“Tricky to get to on foot and not open for many hours BUT local posties are ace and go the extra mile like it's a village and when I had to try and salvage a missed delivery after 3 attempts the delightful Manager Sanjay and his colleague Ritu went above and beyond to help me get Mother's late Birthday present. “Try arriving at 930am on Mondays so that the wait isn't as long. They seem very understaffed, but that's not the fault of the employees there. I recognized the lady people are complaining about in the reviews haha so I was a bit scared to approach her. But she was very polite and helpful and greeted me good morning and thank you. But yeah the queue is long because she is the only one working all of the counters and the self-serve machine (if people need assistance)”
