Staff are very rude and not helpful. Not knowledgeable. When queue starts to build up other counter staff stare at customer when customer asks questions about product and loading of the same and intimidate in a way for us to rush. So the unsatisfied customers leave store. Had a bad experience ?

Truly the worst company we have ever used. Avoid the bathroom design team. We just had an expensive bathroom fitted and it?s already failing. Cheap products used. Poor quality build. Awful experience throughout the process thinking back.Wickes got a sale and now don?t give a damn. Please don?t use this company, its not worth the hassle!

They got my order wrong and delivered incorrect items. 4 of them were the wrong item.We had already booked a builder to come and install these so I could not return it. So we could pay the builder to go home and pay him a call out charge or make do with the incorrect items. So we did the latter.We had to spend extra to install the incorrect items. I had to run off and get £40 worth of sealant to fix something that was worth £40. But when I called Wickes customer service they said "they could do nothing". How about getting the order right in the first place?Wickes don't actually monitor the product reviews for this product at all. It turns out multiple people have complained that they got the order wrong and they still keep getting it wrong.

Horrible personal very rude, made me wait over 20 mins because the system shut down, they charged me and then they told me that it has not gone through, but money came off my account and then they told me I had to pay again and first payment would bounce back in 2 weeks time. So I paid twice £400 and now if money doesn?t bounce back I have to run around back and wickes for the money. And after all that experience the stuff was super careless and rude

Lighting is a bit grim, could be improved. Not many people on the counter, can be a bit slow at times. Entrance is surrounded by barriers and stuff in the way. Bit annoying when wheeling a trolley out to your car.

Online I found product I required was being sold by Wickes at good price, not available for delivery but 1 in Hayes branch. Called store and asked if they could confirm it was available, told yes. Said I'd visit to collect. Arrived at branch and was never available. Shocking experience!

Placed order online , paint was in stock. When I gone to collect they took 45mins and then told me they don't have.. very bad service no one response properly. Waste of time and money avoid this store. All store staff is on personal mobile phones .. management should take action on them.

I bought my 2nd bathroom from this store and although the first time was positive with Tom, the 2nd experience was awful. The designer I dealt with this time, mark was constantly trying to up sell items I didn?t want / need. He missed multiple major things from the quote which ultimately changed the look of the bathroom. I had to pay for the mistakes during the job whilst on a tight budget and just had a baby which made it very stressful. The job was not booked in with an installer and so I had to wait 6 months from purchasing to get the job finished. Continual calls and emails from me and neither him or the manager Paul replied. Michelle in kitchen dept also said she?d pass a message on but again no reply. Absolutely disgusting service. If you?re thinking of buying a bathroom here, think twice!

Had an appointment with the designer who kindly went through all the options available and explained the different terms which as a layman, I did not initially understand. I was shown the difference options and offered tea, coffee, chocolate or water during the course of the meeting
