10am booking with Caroline, amazing service - attentive, professional and welcoming. They go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and personal experience. Most importantly I never felt judged or swayed in what I wanted to get: most salons try pitch in and get in the way of your vision but not this one. 5 stars.

Visited with a Groupon voucher, had wash, cut & blow-dry. I had to wait about 30 minutes, but no big problem. Rachel was lovely and did a good job.

I bought groupon voucher. Owner was rude and she doesnt have any manners. She said this voucher only for trim cut. Actually on groupon doesn't mentioning anything. She tried to get £15 extra. Her attitude was unacceptable. Hairdresser was really good and friendly... guys dont go to this place the customer service is poor... I gave 1 star just for hairdresser. I never go back again.

Merchants often treat group customers as if they are receiving a free service. I bought a voucher after checking availability, but they cancelled my online booking. After speaking with them on the phone, they rescheduled for another appointment, but it was cancelled again because the hairdresser was on holiday. Despite offering them numerous options, they were unable to accommodate me. I am extremely dissatisfied with their services.

Got my hair premed rachel was really good and friendly but the owner of place doesnt know any manners and has zero customer service and didnt even welcome you or smile to the customer... guys dont go to this place the customer service is poor.....
