“I popped into this DIY store as I needed a small threaded cap. Despite only spending 50p. The staff were polite, patient, friendly, and helpful. The shop, which is located on the Market Square of Hern Hill, is well stocked. Everything you would expect to find in a hardware store plus more.”

High quality stock (especially if you like history & literature) that’s always reasonably priced, so there’s regular stock change.Also the staff are great, they seem to love books and the good cause their customers are supporting …whether you’re buying or donating (don’t understand the 1 star review from the ‘shunned’ book-giver ?‍♂️)It’s always a great experience for me, and it even makes me look forward to visiting my dentist next door, which is my usual excuse to pop in for a browse!
