I worked at the pharmacy as a Locum on a weekend and I will never work there again. It was absolutely shambolic. There wasn?t enough staff to deliver an efficient service. We had only one dispenser taking in prescriptions and dispensing, holding up the queue and 10 patients in the queue pretty much the entire day. The managers were clueless, the staff weren?t equipped to deal with the busy-ness of the store and they were happy to leave me on my own to deal with the queue. Shambolic is the only word I can think of that fits. Never going back.

Absolutely appalling. I was there with my child who had fever, I tried to buy a thermometer at the Medicines counter (where people usually DO buy illness related things and medications), I was told that I should go and queue at the top counter (that had one person serving a queue of 10 people) cause that was how they did things now, and was refused service. I cannot recommend Boots less. You're better off to a small pharmacy, if you want to be served in good time instead of queueing with a sick child.

Hi, went to boots to buy perfume. Had one in mind, although I've explained to David what I was looking for (the person that helped me out in the store) and he found a great match. Really nice experience. Thanks David

Nahida, a staff member, exhibited unwelcoming behavior and a rude attitude when we approached her with our queries. This negatively impacted our shopping experience.

I booked a no 7 appointment for 10am and travelled half an hour by bus to get there. When I arrived I was told that there was a meeting with the manager at that time and they didn?t know what time I should come back. I don?t blame the representative of no 7 but the manager should have seen that there was an appointment booked at that time or rang and cancelled out of politeness.

Absolutely horrendous service at the pharmacy. The ineptitude of the pharmacy staff is shocking. I was once sent away because the person at the pharmacy counter did not know how to 'use the system'. Today, I was sent away after being made to wait 90 minutes because a system glitch wouldn't let them dispense the medication, after they had already mixed it. Tens mins before that the pharmacy staff asked me for my address and then handed me someone else's medication. Why ask for the address if you aren't going to verify it in the first place? I have long believed that Boots is only in business because they are open on Sunday. Thankfully I've found a local pharmacy that's open on Sundays, so I'll go there from now.

Expansive, well stocked and the staff are nice enough...but no self service checkouts and paying takes forever because Boots decided to become a parcel delivery centre which takes staff forever to serve people. If you're in a rush, go somewhere else.

It is an okish, store. A lit of SKUs missing and shelves fairly empty at times. Overall, look and feel is one of a neglected store.Good collection point, for onljne purchase.Pharmacy has items in stock, but not in the system! So cannot sell them.A shame they permanently closed the entrance onto the High Street. One must go through the shopping centre

I had just got bad service with the customer advisor named JENNIFER at 3.25pm Tue. When made payment, she asked do you have Boots adv card, I gave her. Then she asked ?pay with points? I answered ?cash? then she just took off points. I questioned ?I said I want to pay cash? then she argued & complained that it will take longer time for the process. The queue after me was not long though (just 2 more ppl).

Not good the staff member gave me the wrong information on a prescription I needed a inhalers and she told me to go to the my doctor to get it from them my doctor told me she should have requested it for me once again I have to go back to get the prescription she could have given me in the frist place.she works there always long waits in there not happy I need my medication I thought I had a spare one at home
