Great if they didn't keep shutting for lunch a great way to lose business no other shops in the high street shut for lunch. Waste of time

Really good selection of acceptable quality for such low prices and for the small size. Definitely worth a 5 minute visit.

Absolutely love this shop! It has a great selection of products, including unsold corporate donations, and I nearly always leave with something. Staff are really friendly and shop is always tidy.

This shop was attempting to sell a very badly made Fake Nike T Shirt. It was obviously fake as the internal tags were not Nike but cheap generic and it had 3 Adidas stripes on each shoulder !I politely pointed out that it was a fake and should be removed from sale. I was completely flabbergasted by the response - ?it?s ONLY £6?!Firstly it?s illegal to sell fake / counterfeit goods. Secondly £6 is a lot for a basic T Shirt in a charity shop. Quite a few charity shops seem to think Nike is a designer brand on par with Dior & Gucci. They do have more exclusive sub-brands and collaborations but rarely at the High End Designer level. To suggest it?s ok to sell it because it?s ?only? £6 is completely arrogant and out of touch. What if some poor unknowing mother bought it for her child as a special gift only to have the child ridiculed for wearing copies at school. This type of cheaply made shirt is available in street markets in areas such as Elephant for £5 new.I asked her for her position at the store and she replied she was Assistant Manager. Adds insult to injury. Anyone at this level should be aware that knowingly selling counterfeit goods is illegal.I politely pointed out that I believed her attitude towards selling this item was wrong. Rather than apologise and agree, she retaliated by attacking me by claiming I had a bad attitude.Sadly most of the people who work in charity shops know nothing about the clothing and fashion industries and more so, would be incapable of securing a job at a bone fide regular fashion store.

If I could give zero stars I would. Scope?s customer helpline is terrible. I was trying to contact them over the phone all afternoon to get an update on my subscription, however the person on the other line kept putting the phone down on me. I was in the queue for hours. Solely based on this fact, I no longer want to be associated with such a disrespectful company.
