The Karen Millen verification I find the frame too heavy. The Specsavers distance glasses are absolutely super and the frame is absolutely great. Frames are alike but I love the Specsavers one best.

Went to specsavers, Lewisham. Store was surprisingly busy but have to say I really had an excellent experience and I really don?t like going to the optitions. Highly recommend

Went in today for my contact lenses teaching. Innes was amazing, was very patient and accommodating.

Went in prepared to buy a new pair of glasses as my ones were bent. Instead left with my original pair repaired. It took 5 minutes and the staff were great.

This is the second waste of a morning, travelling to this branch, to be told glasses are not ready, no correspondence regarding this, just 'oh' should be ready in the next couple of days, not good enough!

Brilliant service, big thanks to Imran for your help today. I called up to check stock of contact lenses and went to collect. He was really helpful and polite, he made the whole process quick and easy. I've now registered at this branch and will be starting my contact lense subscription again after he provided useful information. The person who welcomed me on arrival was also very nice. Thank you.

The wait time was ridiculous when I visited - some poor woman had been waiting nearly an hour. I've always had to wait, no matter what time I've made my appointment, but the last few visits have been very long. One wonders the purpose of making an appointment when they don't keep them.The staff can be very unprofessional. Poorly dressed, chewing gum the whole time, not dealing with customers in a timely fashion etc.The optician I saw didn't even know about two very common eye conditions and that concerns me.I've been using this store for about 25 years and over this time I have noticed that the quality/professionalism of staff has very much declined.Also, the selection of frames is very limited. Although there appears to be a good selection they are very much of the same style. A certain pharmaceutical optician has a much greater selection on offer (though the costs are MUCH higher too).I believe I will go elsewhere in future due to both the lack of quality in the staff and the lack of choice in frame styles.

I want to give regards to a black guy with a Spanish family member who attended me few years ago. He was very helpful to me because of my poor english in those days in the field. However, I had to correct his spanish often too. Lol.

Recently i visit Specserver in Lewisham as i was in a need for contact lenses , the team was very Welcoming and Joanna went extra miles to help me , nonetheless Dan , Jo the Manager and Solange putted extra effort . ??
