Evri drop-off never works, and there's always an excuse. Employees can't be bothered to assist. It's very frustrating. This supermarket should have its machine or license revoked.

Me and my friend went here yesterday the security guard saw us pay for our items we then went back because we forgot something upon leaving the security guard and a member of staff followed us out the shop saying we didn?t pay for anything we had luckily I had my receipt and showed them. After me showing them the receipt they didn?t even say sorry.

This store's security team's professionalism needs immediate improvement, as one of their guards is incredibly rude and patronising.

What silly people! I was at the evri returns box having issues scanning I was there for a good 10 minutes no one came to help finally I asked this woman at the tills who clearly saw my struggle if the machine was working and she said no. So she watched me. And didn?t help. Her and some other guy who works there. Disappointing.

I recently had an unpleasant experience at the Tesco store in Holland Park, London. I visited the store to purchase a couple of things. Unfortunately, I mistakenly threw my receipt into the food donation box, thinking it was a bin. The security personnel on duty approached me in an aggressive and rude manner, demanding to know why I had put my receipt in the box. Despite my apology, he continued to yell at me and ordered me to leave the store immediately. I saw rage and hate in his eyes. His insults and rude behaviour affected my mental state and I felt intimidated and unsafe at Tesco.As a resident of Kensington & Chelsea, I have always found Tesco to be a reliable and welcoming place to shop. However, my experience at the Holland Park branch has left me feeling disturbed and apprehensive. I hope that Tesco management will take appropriate steps to ensure that this kind of disgusting behaviour does not happen again in the future.I have lodged a complaint with Tesco management, and I hope that they will take my feedback seriously. Overall, I have had positive experiences shopping at Tesco's other branches in Kensington, and I hope that the Holland Park branch can provide the same level of service and professionalism.After I receive a response from the Tesco management, I am going to update my review.

Since they redid the store they play loud music all the time (and what's worse, the songs cut out ever 2-3 seconds)- avoid if you have sensory issues and forgot your noise cancelling headphones!

I pretty much stopped shopping there when they revamped the store , the layout has changed for the worst , also i will be honest , i came into the store after the revamp and there is one woman that was working that really smells bad of body odour , everytime I have seen her there over the last 4 years or so she smells so bad if you get within 15 feet of her you have to hold your breath , now in a food enviroment you think someone one have pulled her to one side and had a polite word with her and needing to use diodrant but clearly no one has done so.Just about to use the store tonight as i am desperate for supplies and they are open till midnight , so was just checking opening times then felt obliged to leave a honet review .

This place is the pits. Unknowledgeable arrogant and unhelpful staff and alot of food that's past the sell by date. Be careft. Walk up to Notting Hill Gate. There's Tesco and Waitrose and M&S there.

Worst Tesco. I was defrauded by the ATM out front of the store. The store manager (or male working) was very rude and unhelpful. He was part of the fraud scheme, no doubt about it.

One of the worst Tescos in terms of what they offer, giving it two rather than one because price wise it?s reasonable. However always seem to be out of items and don?t stock many spices or anything more than what your local corner shop would offer.

Extremely rude and disrespectful male cashier (didn?t get his name but it was around 13.30pm on Sunday the 10th of April) I wanted to pay for most of my purchase by cash and the rest on my debit card as wanted to get rid of my spare change. He made a huge fuss and kept asking me why couldn?t i pay for the whole thing by card or cash and refused to let me do this at first (could barely understand him as his accent was extremely extremely strong) but he rambled on and on angrily at me for what I?ve done many times in other shops with no issues, he refused to serve me this way until I asked to speak to a manager then all of a sudden he was able to serve me. Absolutely abysmal service by him and I felt he was extremely rude and nosey, it might have been the case that i couldn?t of afforded to pay another way at that time and he felt he had the right to demand to know why i asked this very simple request, not only did he demand to know but he did so in such a rude and accusatory way that I was made to feel like I was doing something extremely wrong by him, like I was attempting to shoplift or something, when all I was doing was paying £1 by cash and the 15p on my debit card. I am a very well dressed respectable looking person and certainly do not look like a shoplifter, especially dressed in designer clothes, wireless headphones and the newest iphone so I really could not understand where his anger and suspicion came from. I will not be returning to this tesco?s because of this experience and I advise you hire someone who is able to treat their customers with basic level of respect to avoid you losing more customers in the future. I?m sure there are tons of people out there desperately looking for a job who would be happy to work there and wouldn?t treat respectable customers like criminals.

Yesterday, March 22, at 11:24, the cashier knowingly defrauded me with the sum of 10 pounds out of the rest that was due to me. With an extraordinary audacity, he insisted that in addition to the coins he gave me, there was a 10-pound note. I asked to see the camera with the video recordings and to show that I had been handed a 10 pound note. After more than 30 minutes in which I insistently asked for a store manager to come, the so-called store manager appeared, who did not want to get involved in clarifying the situation: she suggested I make a complaint on the company's website. . So, pay close attention to employee theft !!! It's the only experience of its kind in the UK!

I give it 5 for Emilia cashier there for her great customer service, professionalism, support. She always makes me smile. And it is nice to have her around when pop into the store. I do not like this self service machines - too many there - it makes me work after work - that's too much and frustrating to deal with more computers. Making me look at the screen, serve myself like wouldn't have enough hassles already.
