It was clean and the new ergo line bed is great ?I?m obsessed. The girl at the desk called Ria was so accommodating and lovely. The company are lucky to have such a sweet employee, she really took her time with all the people that were before me with great enthusiasm and customer service. Never seen or met someone so lovely at any of their branches.

I love the franchise but this particular branch is awful. The lady at reception is extremely rude, almost verging on aggressive. It?s absolutely bizarre to me that someone would speak to customers like that when there is no issue and they?ve just walked in. I tried to give the benefit of doubt, perhaps this person was having an off day. Unfortunately not, This happened again on a separate occasion and has completely put me off going back. She seems to hate women and will only speak nicely to male customers. Very upsetting and unpleasant experience.

First time being to this tanning studio, lovely experience!!! As it's in the middle of notting hill and a very busy area I decided to ring before arrival. Shannon was so so helpful on the phone a quick 2 minute registration online and away u go on arrival. Shannon was amazing as were the facilities very clean very modern!!!

I use this one all the time. Tracey is amazing. I?m just very disappointed that I?ve come on a Sunday which I do a lot just to find a note in the door saying appointments only. I think y out need to put this on your site if it?s a new thing! I don?t understand why I couldn?t use it. The one I use you don?t need to book! Very disappointing

Tracey is the best. She has a lot of knowledge and will tell you exactly what you should and shouldn?t do in regards to tanning. The tanning lotion she recommended me is perfect for my skin and I?ve since repurchased a 2nd bottle of itIm going to Bayswater now as Notting Hill has gotten a bit too busy without an appointment. They have a lot of walk in consultations which makes the wait long.Services: Tanning

I just bought a membership of 100 min and I came back today to do a session.Blonde woman at the reception saying that she doesn?t recognise my face and I had to pay as the system was down, coming across quite rude and aggressive.Mocking my way to spell my name like she couldn?t understand my accent?How rude!I am quite disappointed as I spent more than £80 for a package and I am ending up to pay full price a 12 min session, being told that to get my money back I should call the costumer service to provide all my details again? bizzarre procedure.But the most upsetting thing was this woman that I really don?t understand why she could not have some manners with somebody that received a inconvenience.Kindness is freeService: Sunbed tanning

Came in to tan today, after I finished my 4min I came out the stall to ask if I could go for a few more minutes and another customer across the hall in another stall asked if I could get the attention of the woman behind the desk and so I did but the lady got really aggressive with me. Before I could even speak and tell her the other customer was asked me to get her attention. She apologised after she realised her mistake - I guess she mistook me for another customer. But wow it made me so uncomfortable. She had a full on go at me in front of other customers, barking at me and rolling her eyes at me and then realised I wasn?t who she thought I was she apologised and when I asked about more minutes on the bed I was currently using she said yes I paid and then she said no it would have to be for another time. So slightly confused by her saying yes and then once I paid I could no longer go for longer. I quickly left after she told me no to a few more minutes as she said I would burn (I don?t burn ever but wasn?t willing to mention that as she had already been mega aggressive). And that it was there policy that I couldn?t go again, which is fine. My complaint is more about the mistaken identity and that I was treated so aggressively when I tried to tell her another customer was wanting her attention. Just overall a bad experience and incredibly awkward. Even if I wasn?t who she thought I was I can?t believe she talks that way to any customer. I definitely don?t wanna go back but seeing as I now have unused minutes that I sort of was tricked into buying. Like I don?t really have a choice.
