Excellent customer service! The staff (Zohaib and the supervisor) stayed 2 hours later after the store had closed, in order to serve and take advantage of the offers. Great deals on Black Friday 22!

Poor customer service, incredibly slow and the product that I purchased (sim card) did not even work. More training is needed for employees. Asked for a refund as I got a working sim card from another location (in under 10 minutes vs. the 1.5 hours I spent at this location). They refused to refund due to order processing issues. Recommend going to another location.

One of the worst customer service experiences I?ve ever had. The ?manager? Hassan was very rude and disrespectful after asking him a couple of very simple questions. The indormarion he provided turned out to be wrong anyway. People like him are really damaging the Vodafone experience and I?ve had a great one in other branches. Please offer him some training before he does much more damage.

I came here after my phone was stolen for a replacement SIM card, and the woman servicing me was very nice, efficient and helpful! Got me all sorted out quickly.Simultaneously she kept an eye on the entrance to make sure no shady characters make it in and loiter, as she mentioned that thieves occasionally try to steal phones there! That was quite shocking to me and something to watch out for.

Went to get a UK sim pay as you go as we were tourists. The girl who helped us (Catherina I think) was helpful and patient. While the Vodafone data itself isn't the fastest, customer service at this place was pretty good.

While the 5G Speed is great, the customer service of Vodafone is a disaster. If you think of getting a combo package with Internet, don't do it if you want a stable and reliable connection. Also with the Internet, good luck getting a customer rep to solve your problem.

I went here for broadband cancellation but the male officer?s service was unfriendly and not helpful at all. I know I am not a profitable customer since I went there to cancel my contract. But as an existing customer of vodafone, it was quite disappointing experience.

My SIM card got damaged so I decided to pop in to this store as it's the closest one from where I live.The waiting time was slightly long but the service was good in general. The store looks clean and tidy.

Seconding the review from someone earlier commenting on Arif's service. This is what customer service is about. Going in later to have my Galaxy Note looked at, as it has been glitchy since I bought it just before lockdown. Hope he is there to deal with it! (Update: oh dear, terrible service as Arif was not there)
