I came to collect my parcel just to be yelled at by a rude staff member who dismissed me and made me feel embarrassed for trying to collect my parcel from the counter. She raised her voice saying ?WHY ARE YOU HERE? Go to the back!?, when there are no signs for how to collect a parcel nor anybody at the back of the store where she pointed. I found a nice lady restocking the shelves to help instead, but even when she was seeing to my order other men were yelling at her to hurry up. I love Holland and Barrett products normally but the lady on tills ruined the experience for me and I would recommend everyone to avoid this branch at all costs.

There is an awfully rude woman who works at the till. Abnoxious, tactless,constantly bossing customers to hurry, doesn't listen, very unhelpful and unpleasant to deal with.

I used this store yesterday, I asked a male assistant of around 40 for help with cbd products , he rudely said he cannot advise me on this product , I asked what, he just said we're not allowed, also the one I chose didn't have a price , after telling him this he ignored me . The young lady at the till was more friendly but I dint think ill be using this store again .

The male employee working today (bald guy with a belly) was really unhelpful. Misdirected me for what I asked for. Claiming the product I want is only on a small section of the shop, but in fact wasn?t. He later saw me figuring it out, realising he was mistaken, and started explaining himself out of nowhere.. I was better off without his ?help? to be honest. Clearly doesn?t know his products very well. However, the lady at the front was super friendly and attentive. I guess her ability to serve customers makes up for his lack of.

The score would have been lower if it wasn?t for one female staff member this morning around 10am. I was at the store to collect one item which I purchased online. As soon as I came into the store, there were only 2 female staff members on duty (one at the cashier, one on the floor). The lady at the cashier was truly polite towards me since she asked me to wait for her other colleague who, she informed, she was the one in charge. She asked her more than once to help me but she rudely said ?he needs to wait?. Firstly, I am a female so her grammar needs to be corrected; secondly there are different ways to express ourselves. She could have simply avoided raising her voice towards her colleague and saying ?I will be there asap?. She was lucky that I have not said anything to her but she needs to appreciate that some of us costumers are not horrible like many others. I thanked the nice lady from the cashier who apologised to me for the wait and I told her that her colleague needs to learn how to be as polite as her. At the end, another female staff came in and helped me in giving me my parcel. The femaleStaff who was the one in charge working on the floor today (10/06/23) at 10am was definitely rude.

Staff are usually pretty friendly and helpful. The place is small compared to it's other stores so I don't come here often. I had an issue which is why I won't be returning anymore.I've recently come out of hospital again, which is the norm for me. I've been suffering from ill health for 16 years and still trying to find a remedy to help me get by during the day with the pain, fatigue and spasms and etc that make me bed bound at times.So I came here recently, Rolling my 11.3kg electric scooter inside, which is my transportation device for my damaged limbs of my 45kg body. As I was coming in, a female staff member started walking towards me and raising her voice saying, 'No rollers', No rollers', No rollers'!.That's how I was spoken to. Maybe she is used to this kind of welcoming Eastern Europe.Other staff were nice to me and did not have an issue. I walked out anyway just because of how this woman spoke to me and I was not comfortable in the store due to this. To think I would have bled to death had I not visited hospital for another matter and then after being given more bad news for my disability and future, I get spoken to like this on the day I came out, looking for something to help me to survive and prolong my life as a parent.

4 members in a small shop got passed from one member 2 another female member katalin who was rude.we came in for one item and was pushing us to buy other items then started commenting on my waight, it was very uncomfortable and unwelcoming will not be coming back

I will not be recommending anyone to shop at Holloway branch?the manager was very grumpy and unreasonable?I had a foldable bike left at the entrance of the store whilst trying to get few items, he refused to serve me asking me to put my bike on the street?would he refuse me if I was pushing a buggy???? Make it make sense!!!

Four members of staff had no idea what Creatine was and didn?t know if they even stocked it. It?s a popular product in fitness and bodybuilding. Not one staff member even knew was PE Nutrition products were and couldn?t find it on the shelf or where to look in the stockroom after I told them the shelf space was empty. It?s quite embarrassing really when your staff are not educated on standard products.
