I placed an order for 8 to 10 am and still not delivery and no one picking up there phone it's now 2.53pm told by customer service they can not help till the shop hand me the food if I councel my order I can not get a refund up to 7 days really disappointed

Delivery over 2 and a half hours late. Nobody in store answers the phone! Very poor customer service!!
