Not generally a Mackies customer, I came here for coffee, I asked at the till and paid for two large lattes... I got two small caramel whipped cream lattes. Was busy so took what I could get and drank 3 or 4 mouthfuls before tossing in the bin.

Not enough free tables to sit and eat because too many people allowed to sit around who aren?t dining.Staff were pleasant enough. Plant based food is their usual bland taste.Vegetarian options: Used to eating much tastier plant based food. Burger was bland,No option on self ordering to request no salt, so fries were covered in salt!

terrible terrible service, I have been given mouldy fries and stale burgers.I know its fast food but theirs is hardly edible, the staff need to care more about food quality and what they are serving to customers.If I could rate it a minus number I would !!!!!!!!!!
