This parcel contains my daughter?s birthday dress and gift which was supposed to be delivered the next day,it?s been 6 bloody days now.I was not left a card to be collected,the app updated me that my house was inaccessible therefore its was going to be redelivered next working day.I still waited and nothing was delivered the following day,I visited the office myself for collection since it?s needed urgently but I was told Mandy has the parcel on the street to my house already,I came home and my parcel was not even attempted.I woke up so early in the morning to catch up quickly with the parcel from the office myself because I didn?t want it to be sent out for delivery again ,to my surprise again I was advised again that finally it?s on the street to me again for the 3rd time ,I nearly cried because my daughter?s birthday dress is in the parcel ,she has nothing to wear if the party is to start.I finally came home waiting patiently but still no sign of delivery, I attempted to visit the delivery office again since it was nearly 12 pm for the office to be closed ,just to personally collect the parcel from the delivery man from the office,on my way I met the post woman Mandy delivery other parcel to my neighbours on the street but not mine,i then approached her and explained the circumstances ,she told me it?s with the delivery man and that she saw him within 3 mins walking from my house assuring me that it?s going to be delivered.my daughter was up in her bedroom crying because her dress is not yet in to be worn yet party is about to start.3 hours later I got a confirmation that my parcel was tempted to be delivered when clearly Royal Mail can?t proof to me that they actually came to my premises.Liars!!!

Seriously guys you are 10 mins walk away and yet for three days there were no signs of my parcel when it said on the tracking system that it was due to be delivered ?today?, oh for three times my goodness? is anyone really working here excuse me?

My parcel that was really important for me the sender dispatched on 23 and that was nwxt day delivery but still on 25 I didn?t recieve it and above all the tracking system of Royal Mail is really really bad at 1 pm they mentioned we recieve your parcel at 8:52 so why you not mentioned at that time. And now they didn?t gave me any time that when i will receive my parcel. It?s so frustrating.

Abysmal service! I had a parcel to retrieve there (after they claimed I was not home when I clearly was, but okay - not my first rodeo with similar delivery people) and I went in some of their short opening hours.A lady that seemed VERY annoyed definitely did not welcome me and, only after she was done having a phone call clearly about her personal life/business, she took my query about retrieving my parcel.Shame that she seemed unable to do so and told me to come back next week (it was on a Friday).I do so, she is there again, annoyed, saying that I should come in the morning, not in the afternoon during her turn, since she does not know how to find my parcel and I have to ask it to her colleague (nothing of this was ever stated in my previous visit).Okay, I go back there in a rush during working hours the following day, her male colleague finally being there and being surprised when he heard she told me to come only when he is on duty.And my parcel apparently lost: it was somewhere in their digital inventory, but not in the physical one.Well, a seller on Amazon had to take a loss in order to replace it and I got it with several WEEKS of delay - all courtesy of the ever-striking, very sloppy Royal Mail service.

Is there anyone actually working there? My parcel was due delivery a week ago and I still didn?t get it. The merchant sent me a new parcel for next day delivery and it?s held at this office again. Hello? Anyone there??

This office is joke!Working time from 08:00-10:00I was waiting delivery from Canada for 2 months until Royal Mail send it back after I?ve booked to be redelivered 3 times and nothing knock on my door ? went 4 times personally looking for it and they say it?s off the shelf for redelivery and like that they?ve send it back ?the item they couldn?t deliver and couldn?t find is being sent back ?. JOKE? the staff didn?t even try to do their job !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff is amazing, very kind, helpful and do their job correctly. My problem is with the company itself; why such short opening hours? Most of us have a 8am to 5pm jobs and days off only on Sundays... I need to ship prepaid "click & drop" mail at least twice a week and it's impossible to do that if this place only opens Monday to Saturday for 2h a day in the early morning and I can't even go somewhere else cause they won't accept the labels. Don't know what's the reason for these opening times but, if you don't have enough staff, hire more people and pay them properly!

Does anyone at Royal Mail read these reviews? People using this sorting office have HAD ENOUGH! I went to collect an item today (that was taken back the the office on Friday even thought I was at home and other similar item were delivered) and find the opening hours have Now been reduced to 2 hours a day 8/10am!! This is NOT GOOD ENOUGH GET YOUR STAFFING ISSUES SORTED OUT FFS

The number attached is a text phone number. Sums up the terrible and deteriorating service from the royal mail. Currently waiting for a special delivery almost a week later. Currently on hold for over 30 mins??Terrible.

They change their hour this July!!! I paid for a delivery to this Royal Mail collection point and they only open 8-10am this is a joke!! Now I am not able to collect i as I am going away and this will be send back! So upsetting and when o book this information about such a short time slot was not available! 2 hours slot is impossible if you are working!!

The most disorganised, chaotic and appallingly level of service from the Royal Mail Holloway Delivery Office in North Road, London N7. It?s pot luck if you receive tracked items on time. As for normal mail, well there?s never a week that goes by when we have received normal mail each day. It tends to be twice a week. For the last five years we have had to put up with this poor service and are always given the same excuses of high absence at this delivery office. I did not receive the majority of Christmas cards sent to us last Christmas in 2022. Friends and relations now send birthday cards and other greeting cards to a family member?s address who lives in NW1. The level of Royal Mail service is excellent in the NW1 area. They need to get a manager from the NW1 delivery office to show the N7 North Road delivery office how to provide a good level of service. I would have selected 0 stars if I could have.

I've got a perfect experience with them. All the staffs are extremely helpful and I am very proud of them for their good service. My parcel is handled with proper care and I am very confident of it.

Just wanted to say a huge thanks to Susan, Mandy and the other staff at the north road delivery office for going above and beyond to help me out with an issue. Their help has meant the world to me. The workers here are good people and they actually care about the jobs they do and the customers they help. So grateful. Thank you!!
