Absolutely ridiculous closing time of 3pm!!! Normal working people would take their lunch break at 3pm, and if they need to pop into branch they can't, as Santander closes this time!

Not many people are on line . The Santander bank to be open until 4.30pmMon to Friday. and Saturday until 3pm.On line don't give cash.Bank give cash on counter over £300.Why close at 3pm.that to early.

I'm giving this branch 2 stars as the other reviews* have made me laugh out loud when I was really, really angry with my appalling new Moto G50 phone which I should NEVER, EVER have bought (make sure you don't buy one!), with BT, with Santander, with the NHS being privatised... Anyway, it's all true - this is a fantastically slow, disorganised branch, but believe me, it's nothing like as awful as it was 15 years ago when all the shopkeepers and market traders would be in here changing £50 worth of 1p and 2ps in bags for hours and they'd lose your documents down the back of a filing cabinet, lie about it and then send you a bunch of flowers you didn't ask for. Like that helps you pay your bills! Also I am giving this branch a star more than it deserves because it's still there, unlike many other Santander and other bank's branches.*Except the generic positive review. That person has obviously never been anywhere near this branch!

Check your change! Clerk tryed to steal £245 pounds from me telling me I only gave her 15. She did that because I said I didn't need a receipt lucky I checked my balance before I left the bank. No apology from her so I called head office!!

Bored of how easy it is to open bank accounts? Do you miss the obstacles, the difficulties and the boredom? Santander Holloway is your branch then. I asked for an appointment in the middle of last month to open a bank account and they gave it to me for ... drums ... the end of the following month! (That is, this)

Is like stepping into the past when customer service was a distant dream. People go out of their way to be as unhelpful as possible. Step in at your own risk, you will leave a more frustrated version of yourself. Luckily thereâ??s a M&S next door.

Very poor quality of customer treatment from one of their advisor. I had an appointment booked 2 weeks in advance, I was late for 3 minutes on that date (had to take a day off from work) and the advisor gave my place to someone else. If you were worried so much that I wouldn't come, why didn't you call me to confirm it? Why did I gave you my number then? Anyway, the result is you just lost a customer !!
