Barista?s were nice and helpful, however I got the wrong drink twice, the toilets were quite dirty and I noticed A LOT of flies hovering around the coffee machines.

Service was great, can't really remember if there was any music or any other kind entertainment in the background. The only problem I found was the flies buzzing around.They need to sort that out.

Had to reduce from 4 stars to 3, been in this Costa a number of times usually no problems. Last visit, I said to the lady behind the counter about the amount of fruit like flies fly around the counter area. She didn't seem to care and just ignored the issue. When I sat down all I had was these flies around me whilst I'm trying to eat and drink and landing on the tables etc. Hope this issue has been sorted. It will a while before I return. If this hasn't been dealt with then Environmental Health will be informed with supporting evidence. So sort it out Costa!

Went to Elm Park costa and the manager Shahbaz was very rude. Was on his phone and wasn?t paying attention to people waiting to order.

Lovely service from the staff very happy faces and love environment. The shop is very spacious and has lots of great seating to choose from no.1 go to Costa!!Vegetarian options: Lot of vegan, plant based and vegetarian options for the food!!

I have to say, over the last few months the quality of the service, and in some cases the product has deteriorated.This morning when I walked through the door the staff member serving me was stood behind the counter by the till on his phone. I approached the till and he carried on texting on his phone for a good 30-40 seconds without so much as a lift of the head to acknowledge me or an actual greeting. He then finished texting, put his phone into his pocket, picked up the receipt off the counter and started to make the drinks for the person who had ordered in front of me, still without acknowledging that I was there.Whilst he was making the drinks, 3 more people arrived and were in the queue behind me. After about 2-3 minutes he came over greeted me and took my order.I understand that he may have been texting for work reasons, however, it would not have taken a lot of effort to acknowledge me, say good morning and explain that he would have been with me in a few minutes. Customer service can be extremely hard at times, but small things like saying hello and making the customer feel acknowledged and valued goes along way.What I will say is that the coffees he made were perfect and tasted lovely. It?s just such a shame that what once was a very good store for both customer service and quality of product, has taken such a dramatic turn for the worst. Being based in Elm Park, the staff at my pace of work would go to Costa daily if not a couple of times a day for food and coffees. Sadly now this is not the case due to the long wait times, lack of trained and experienced staff, lack of atmosphere and above all else, lack of general care and service for the customers. Such a shame.

I had Order Flat white coffee with panini cheese sandwiches. Food was okay but coffee wasn?t that good manager himself served me coffee but to be honest he got no clue to make a proper flat white. May be management need to give their staff more training to be better at serving a flat white coffee?

The baristas take very long making drinks despite there only being a handful of customers. I have been to many costas and this is by far the slowest. I would recommend the baristas to SPEED UP!!!

Today after long time I bought a cappuccino for me and me husband and very disappointed,cups was filled with a lot of milk foam to look nice ,when we got home we just had this and taste horrible.
