“Such a friendly and professional team. Quick and efficient. I was welcomed at the Optics and a young lady did a quick eye health check up and explained the procedure, then I waited for my optician, the Doctor was really nice, amiable, patient and knowledgeable, she asked all the important questions, did a thorough check up on my eyes, we discussed my condition and prescription, then I had to go look at frames for a new pair of glasses, another lady assisted me and I was given the freedom to try as many as I wanted, I also asked for their opinion on which frames looked better, so they were really helpful choosing and I also needed an invoice for my employer, there was no problem getting that. I am extremely pleased with the whole experience. ?”
