Visited the branch as I wanted to open a Savings Acc. Dhruv@Natwest Hounslow patiently listened to me and was very helpful in answering all my questions and queries. Moreover, he recommended me fixed rate IsA and I?m really happy with my decision. Thanks, will visit again!!

What can we say about Natwest in Hounslow. Well this is a true story. I left my partner in the queue and went shopping to Claires accessories and then I popped into Next and tried on a couple of outfits. I was panicking in the changing room as I thought he would be wondering where I was. I bought said outfits, paid and went back next-door to Natwest, thinking surely he can't still be there. I didn't need to worry. He was still about 4 from the front. So I ended up walking home on my own as I couldn't take the pain of standing in the queue. It's the worse kind of painful. You feel like you could just fall over at random, just for something to do and time is something they don't understand in Hounslow Natwest. Just make sure you book a day off work if you need to deal with the cashier as they have no sense of people's time.

I've never visited this branch and had a pleasant experience. As much as I don't won't to leave a negative review given frequent branch closures, this branch is very disorganised and extremely slow. It usually takes me 30 minutes to see a cashier as there's usually only one.

Was served today by Linda. Exceptional customer service. Very understanding and helpful with a query I had and service I required, which was quite lengthy. She was very professional, empathetic and courteous. After I left, she called me to update me on my query, as it required further assistance form another team, to which she explained everything to me concisely. I had another query so I went back to the bank, not knowing it was 10 mins past her shift time and she was already serving a customer. Nevertheless, she served me once again and answered my query in great detail, even though she was 20 mins past the end of her shift. Great experience all round!

Don't know where all the good reviews are coming from? Maybe staff/management: this place is VILE. It takes me half an hour usually to do a simple transaction. Staff are usually laughing and joking without a care in the world... working slowly and without a single thought for the long queues.

This is also about a woman named Saira . Just a bad attitude from this woman . Doesn't really need to be a member of NatWest team . If she doesn't know how to deal with people in a high street branch then don't have her there . She rudly turned me away . I immediately got on phone to NatWest to make formal complaint and was compensated 15£ for this branches disgusting services. Thanks NatWest . No thanks Saira.

Disgusted by a worker named Saira at this branch . She was speaking very nastily . Whilst the Machines do not work and Computers are always down how is anyone meant to use this bank. This woman Saira needs re-training whoever the manager is ... MANAGE IT !
