today i visited this store at hounslow high street and their staff behaviour is very rude its not tolerated. there was she who was doing her job we go to her and she talked with me very rudely there. this store staff is very wrost and please don?t visit here . thank you

Appalling customer service at this branch received from the store manager Harshit.O2 customer service asked me to collect a e sim for my new watch from my local store. This is following them failing to send it out with my upgrade. I have been a customer of O2 for 20+ years.Was told by the manager Harshit that, that?s not how it works and the store cannot help. Was spoken to in a demeaning manner which is not acceptable at all. I was asked to go back to customer services. Literally your name matches the level of your customer service skills..full of IT!!!!

Excellent service from Harshit who was able to resolve in 30 seconds what couldn?t appear to be resolved from 3+ hours on the phone to O2. Thank you Harshit.

Rude employee. When I was talking to him to solve the problem of the SIM card that I have a contract with and I bought it from there. He did not pay attention to my words and left and behaved disrespectfully. I had to call customer service and report. I hope the manager there will notice the report and deal with this person, I am not happy at all

Today i visited hounslow high street store around 5 PM i waited but no one attended me though I'm the only customer in the store, when i went to the desk and made an enquiry to buy a phone he didn't listen to me and didn't offer a chair to sit, after seeing the behavior i couldn't stand even for a minute, I think O2 didn't train their staff on customer service. Hiring such people will definitely impact your business.

Been there today to take a Ip 15 pro max , and they told me is available only for new costumers that I need to do a preorder, after being with them like 9 years and having 3 contracts simultaneously, that?s a lot of bulsh , .3 old contracts will go down

Today I have visited the shop . Only for a replacement SIM card . Without a photo ID they wouldn?t do anything. I have explained that the one I was using is 02 and I provided the code from o2 . All the money is deducting from same account. I assume they want check the genuineness of the account holder. I have provided the bank card . Still she is adamant / demanding for with out photo ID she can?t provide any customer service. I really want to know What kind of services you are providing for your customers.

Awful. My phone hasn't worked in 3 months. A customer service agent changed my sim card and reset my network settings, advising me that it could take up to 24 hours for my phone to reset and hopefully work again. Four days later, my phone is still not working , and O2 refused to give their HQ a call and replace my phone. I also called their HQ, who advised me to ask Hounslow O2 to call them???? The male customer service agent couldn't even speak English properly and began to shout at me. I even asked for the name of the owner of the franchise which the staff confirmed they didnt know!!! Says it all! I'm paying monthly instalments for a phone that doesn't work, so I've decided to sue O2.
