Mega busy. Parking is a nightmare, even if you have prebooked 'with parking' ita a free for all and the parking attendant is reluctant to let you in to the extremely poorly designed entrance.Handy for the airport. Breakfast isn't cheap but pretty decent.

Fantastic service. And staff were kind with early check in which was most appreciated after a very long flight. Beds were amazing and I had the best nights sleep!

Very reasonably priced and easy to get to and from T2 & T3 via Heathrow's Central bus station: just get on one of the local buses - it will only cost you £1.75 each way and they arrive and depart from the road outside the hotel. (Don't waste your money on the Hotel Hoppa bus service). Staff are friendly and the food is fine. At the end of the day, it is a Premier Inn and not a luxury hotel but it is a good choice for an overnight stay near Heathrow.
